Supporting stress resistance and immunity through the conscious development of the sensory system and feelings. Conscious Creativity for sustainable development.

Below I have briefly outlined the main provisions of a research project based on the practical interaction with participants of different ages and social groups. This is why this is both a research and a social project.
As all in life is an evolution process, this project is only a part of this process and continues as a result of the amazing collaboration with many participants and the wisdom of science that I have only touched.
I will be glad that what you read on this page resonates with your experience and values, and inspires you to develop this project together.

About the concept and project
Conscious Creativity is the process that synthesizes:
–  choice of creative activity by developing the sensory system: the five-channel  bridge between the inner world and outer world
– consciously choosing and developing positive feelings: Feeling – Thinking – Action – Result
–  the synergy of interaction: I and I, I and You, I and World, World in Me

Conscious Creativity based on the principles:
Freedom of Choice through Responsibility
I always create my life, and I always have responsibility for What and Why I create.
Independence through Unity
I always create the best for myself, together with people, and for people.
Tolerance through Respect
I am always unique and is everyone, and I always have my talents as does everyone.
Activity through Improvement
I can share with others only what I have and I always can improve everything that I have.

The synthesis of practical activities and academic work in biology-chemistry, economics, education, and systemic coaching areas, uniting with experiences and wisdom of science from many representatives, helped me observe the deep interaction between creativity and spheres of life and health.
Uniting this experience with art, craft, and writing activities allowed me to develop a simple “Conscious Creativity” concept and tools for supporting stress resistance and immunity through the conscious development of the sensory system and feelings, in unity with nature.

The fairy tales, quests, games, toys, sensory panels, artworks, prismatic design, creativity workshops, stage plays, TV & Film screenplays, and audio programs were realized in different places in 5 countries on 2 continents and 14 cities and villages where I lived supported the birth of this concept as a social and research project.

The Conscious Creativity concept was first centered on children ages 3+, then students, then parents and adults. I created and continue to develop the didactical tools and creative activities to support daycares, kindergartens, schools, colleges, community, and children’s centers, ecology centers, museums, companies, National parks, children’s rehabilitation centers, and hospitals, where I worked as a teacher, coach, chief-scientist, director, volunteer, and more. These didactic tools support this project. Below are links to the resources.

We, people, are participants of evolution, and the ability to change, perpetuating improvements in subsequent generations, refers to us, people, as part of nature. And at the same time, as Homo sapiens – representative of Biosphere and Noospere, we are able to influence this process, determining this influence by the level of our consciousness.

The dynamic balance between the inner world and the outer world of each of us is a unique person interrelating with others, reflected in physical and mental health, and the sustainable development of our society. This conclusion essentially mirrors what we observe everywhere in nature: the smaller is reflected in the larger and vice versa.

The scientific research of the Conscious Creativity process, in unity with the natural sciences and humanitarian approaches, can be an addition to the improvement of conditions in society and the challenges that we face today, which in fact we people have created ourselves, and which we can improve.

Studying the details of the “Feeling-Thinking-Action-Result process, for supporting stress resistance and immunity based on the conscious development of the sensory system and feelings, can be useful in many areas of both theoretical and applied sciences. This is why I have identified the main areas of interaction within the framework of this project:
– Biology and Medicine
– Education
– Psychology and Philosophy
– Humanity and Society

Please, see below the project details. I will be happy to answer any questions.
Welcome!

Supporting stress resistance and immunity through the conscious development of the sensory system and feelings. Conscious Creativity for sustainable development.

Object of Research
The influence of the Conscious Creativity process on stress resistance and immunity.

Subject of Research
Participants in different target groups.

Purpose of the Research Project
Research the influence of the Conscious Creativity process on stress resistance, immunity, and harmonic development of personal unique abilities in multigenerational and multicultural communities in urban and rural environments.

About the project activity

The project includes:

Part 1. Creation or support of existing models of creativity studio to support the conscious development of the sensory system and feelings based on the Conscious Creativity concept.

Part 2.  Research the influence of Conscious Creativity on stress resistance and immunity in target groups.

Models of creativity can become an additional form of activity in libraries, community and children’s centers, and rehabilitation centers in both rural and urban environments. Stress resistance and immunity are reflected in all spheres and levels of life at various interactions.

Therefore, the project can be an interdisciplinary project related to humanity and social activities, such as the balance of life spheres, and communication in different social groups, including in education, and in health activities. Each direction of research can also be independent and detailed with the object, subject, and methods of research.

Below are some examples of potential research areas.

The potential research areas of the Research Project

Biology and Medicine

Systems Neuroscience. Neurobiology of Behavior. Molecular and Cellular Neuroscience. Developmental Neuroscience. Neurobiology of Learning and Plasticity. Cellular metabolism, intercellular interactions. Natural immunity. Neuroimmunology.

Examples:
– “The influence of the process of conscious development of the sensory system and feelings based on creative activity on the plasticity of neural connections.”
– “The dynamics of cellular metabolism interrelated by the development of the sensory system through Conscious Creativity.”
– “The relationship between long-term memory and the conscious choice of positive feelings based on creative activity.”
– “Immunity. The vibration influence of the rhythm of color and sound based on positive feelings from Conscious Creativity on cellular metabolism.”

This research can also aid the search for technologies to support the treatment of patients with severe autoimmune diseases, as well as oncology. Perhaps these studies will help find new ways to improve immunity against the pandemic dangers that our society is facing.
The creativity activities will support the positive feelings and life energy of patients in rehabilitation centers and hospitals.

Education

Resource thinking and skills, of conscious interaction in solving non-standard tasks. Cognitive activity and communication skills in multicultural communities’ education.  Development of interdisciplinary synthesis skills. Curiosity and self-motivation skills in the process of education: early childhood education. Adult continuing education.

Examples:
– “Technologies of Conscious Creativity to identify the natural abilities of students and increase learning motivation.”
– “Stress resistance and the ability to realize one’s abilities in professional activities by developing the skills of Conscious Creativity.”
– “Formation of creative interaction skills within small groups as a form of educational process based on Conscious Creativity technology.”
– “Creativity games and quests as a way to harmoniously develop a child’s personality, realize unique abilities, and choose a profession.”

The results of the research can become support in methodology activities and the development of didactic literature, additional courses to improve teaching skills, and courses for students in educational spheres.
The creativity activities support the unique abilities and multicultural collaboration skills of students through different interactions.

Psychology and Philosophy

Health psychology. Psychology of Aging. Education psychology. Cognitive psychology. Psychology of a person. Interpersonal relationships. Social philosophy. Ethics. Philosophy of Nature. Philosophy of knowledge. Philosophy of Culture.
