  • illustrations;
  • paintings and other visual works;
  • photographs;
  • graphics and designs;
  • video and audiovisual works;
  • presentations;
  • courses and workshops;
  • educational and creative programs;
  • curricula;
  • educational, instructional, and methodological materials;
  • exercises, assignments, and educational tools;
  • digital educational and creative resources;
  • the original authored expression of the Author’s Concept of Conscious Creativity;
  • the original authored structure, organization, content, and materials embodying the Educational Technology;
  • Author’s Programs and Materials developed on the basis of the Concept and Educational Technology; and
  • other original copyright-protected works and materials of Olga Verasen.

All copyright-protected works, materials, and original expression of Olga Verasen are protected to the fullest extent provided by applicable law.

3. Author’s Concept of Conscious Creativity and Educational Technology

The creative and educational work of Olga Verasen includes the original Author’s Concept of Conscious Creativity, developed by Olga Verasen.

Based on the Author’s Concept of Conscious Creativity, Olga Verasen developed an original Educational Technology — an integrated system of principles, approaches, content, structure, and educational tools designed to implement the Concept in educational practice.

The relationship between these elements is:

Author’s Concept of Conscious Creativity → Educational Technology → Author’s Programs and Materials

Together, they form an interconnected system created and developed by Olga Verasen.

The Educational Technology is given concrete expression and practical implementation through the original programs and materials developed by Olga Verasen, including educational and creative programs, courses, curricula, methodological and instructional materials, texts, books, exercises, educational tools, presentations, visual materials, illustrations, photographs, video and audiovisual materials, digital resources, and other original works.

All original copyright-protected works and materials of Olga Verasen through which the Author’s Concept of Conscious Creativity and the Educational Technology are expressed and implemented are the exclusive intellectual property of Olga Verasen, to the extent protected by applicable law.

Professional educational programs and professional applications of the Conscious Creativity Educational Technology may also be presented separately through Conscious Creativity Institute. Such use or presentation does not change Olga Verasen’s ownership of her copyright-protected works and materials.

4. Literary Works, Stage Plays, Screenplays, and Characters

Books, fairy tales, stories, novels, stage plays, screenplays, scripts, characters, and other literary and dramatic works presented or described through olgaverasen.com remain protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Displaying the title, description, excerpt, illustration, synopsis, information about, or other authorized material relating to a work does not grant permission to:

  • reproduce the work;

Paintings, illustrations, drawings, photographs, graphics, designs, and other visual works of Olga Verasen remain protected by copyright regardless of whether they are displayed online, included in books or educational materials, offered as prints, reproduced on products, or otherwise made available.

Purchase of an original painting, illustration, art print, book, or other physical object does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights in the underlying work.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, the purchaser of a physical artwork or product does not acquire the right to reproduce, publish, distribute, license, manufacture products from, digitize for commercial use, or otherwise commercially exploit the underlying artwork.
