From the author
The following details a flexible program ready for implementation. All modules are derived from more than 20 years of concentrated practical activities and training. These experiences, applied to many of the target groups referenced, are the basis for the principles and technologies that support the program to consciously develop the sensory system and feelings. Applying these principles and technologies helped me see the unity of the natural sciences and humanitarian approaches and their support for the development of multicultural and multigenerational communications, ecological culture, and public health.

Stress resistance and immunity are indicators of the evolutionary process supporting the ability of an organism to react to environmental influences and to consolidate changes for the best outcomes. Through the conscious development of the sensory system and feeling, we can influence this process by relying on human values that contribute to the development of the individual and society, in unity with nature.

My goal is to develop practical tools and create conditions conducive to the harmonious internal development of the individual, reflected in his physical and mental health and, as a result, in interaction with the outside world: professional development, career, family, relationships
with friends, and colleagues.

I saw the close relationship between biological processes, psychology, and philosophy, as well as the value of creativity based on human values, in unity with nature. This established a context for creating a system that positions the relationship between the spheres of human activity and identifies activities to increase stress resistance and immunity based on the development of the sensory system and feelings.

I believe that if we pay more attention to the fundamental elements nature endows us with, in unity with human values, we will improve the well-being of humanity.
Warm wishes, Olga Darya Verasen

Program structure

The program is based on:
Modularity: themes consist of modules
Fractality: small is repeated in large
Evolutionary: the possibility of constant development and consolidation of success
Synergy: interconnection and combination of 4 spheres of life.

The program includes 12 modules which are combined into 4 courses with 4 progressive levels of adult continuing education:
Basic: personal professional growth
Progressive: personal professional growth
Expert: personal professional growth for consulting activity
Trainer: the ability to provide this course, or course elements, to others.

This program structure makes it easy to integrate as a separate course or use modules to create required, elective, and advanced training courses at various skill levels, taking into account the specialization of the student groups.

Interaction forms of learning were chosen as a priority in the development of the courses: training, and workshops, connected with case studies. Such a combination allows students to effectively use the acquired knowledge and skills in practice. The structure of case studies allows them to apply their own experience, taking into account their specialization.

The presence of 4 levels of progression contributes to the development of mentoring, in which a more advanced student provides support to a less advanced one. This is provided in case study work and training groups. This approach allows the student to develop teamwork, mentoring, and management skills, as well as project work, which will also be useful in practical activities.
