My husband Joff and I had a wonderful walk today!
Sun, trees, and Nature’s inhabitants who live together with us, people.
We stopped and looked at Squirrel who was.
“She is so beautiful: light jumps without fear of height. Even her tail helps her.” – I thought.
Looks like with each jump, she is responding to four questions by herself: “What, Who, How, and Why”.
I am not a Squirrel, but when I look at Nature not from the outside but “together” we find a lot of responses. My Brain continues to look for some knowledge about it on his shelves. But really, I‘m not sure we people are wiser than they and it doesn’t make sense to determine it counts – even based on biological experience. We people lose our wisdom when we lose contact with ourselves: I and I. What I am talking about?
The best friend for us is first our own self. Unity starts from the unity between the Brain and Heart. Sometimes our Brain doesn’t want to understand our Heart, but our Heart knows.
Then we can unite: approach with balance and harmony I and You, and I and World. Because we can share what we have.
Any classic 3-corner “Triangle” (*1) figure “Helper, Victim, and Executioner” destroys participants: Feeling-Thinking-Action-Result.
Where is the exit? Find answers to the four questions: “What, Who, How, and Why”.
1 – What – my Life
2 – Who – I
3 – How – Create the best in Life for Life
4 – Why – because it is my Life.
These questions unite Value, Responsibility, Proactive, and Improvement.
We grow and lightly jump to height – happily from within. . . .
The process of improvement, first of all, is -Unity: – Brain and – Heart, based on the best Feelings.
– Respect
– Honest
– Gratitude
– Love
Feeling-Thinking-Action-Result:
It is a big deep and wonderful self-improvement process of Humanity when each of us, creates a Bridge between the Brain and Heart. Each bridge unites two banks.
I and I and then:
– I and You
– I and World
– and World in Me. . .
We share with the World what we have and – the World gives back to us what we give. This is all about Bridge. This is the wonderful process called “Humanity” that is always united with Nature.
We grow from within. . . . every day.
We have every day an amazing opportunity to do something better than we did yesterday. And then the answer to the questions:
1 – What is the best I can create Today?
2 – Who is the best support?
3 – How can I create the best in Life for Life and what means I and I, I and You, I and World and World in Me?
4 – Why do I need to improve what I have?
So, I said to myself, “Well, Olga. Maybe it makes sense to add to our morning daily routine not only a big cup of coffee but also 4 questions. To find the answer also supports you happily jumping from branch to branch. Like a Squirrel J who doesn’t separate Heart -from Brain.
We are all Unity that is always the process of improvement by the unity that started by I and I. Just look at the Squirrel. . . . Maybe a Squirrel doesn’t think too much about these four questions but she knows the response. She just lives her TODAY by knowing the best that she creates in her life is what she creates. . . .
P.S. Based on the lovely book “Winnie-the-Pooh” (*2) 🙂
– Winnie-the-Pooh, what day is it?
– Today. . . It is my favorite day, Today! – said Winnie-the-Pooh.
Have a wonderful day Today!
With Love,
Olga and Fairy Tale Team 🙂
