From the author
Here are some thoughts about my program that is the result of more than 20 years of concentrated practical activities and training. These experiences, to many of the target groups, are the basis for the principles and technologies that support the program to consciously develop the sensory system and feelings.

The results of applying these principles and technologies helped me see the unity of the natural sciences, and humanitarian approaches, in the development of ecological culture and its relationship with health.

I believe that if we pay more attention to the fundamental basic elements given to us by nature, and in unity with human values, we will improve the wellbeing of humanity.
Warm wishes, Olga Verasen

About the program

Stress resistance and immunity are indicators of the evolutionary process supporting the ability of an organism to react to environmental influences and to consolidate changes for the best outcomes
Through the conscious development of the sensory system and feeling, we can influence this process by relying on human values that contribute to the development of the individual and society, in unity with nature.

My task in practical activity was to develop practical tools and create conditions conducive to the harmonious internal development of the individual, reflected in his physical and mental health and, as a result, in interaction with the outside world: professional development, career, family, relationships with friends, colleagues.

I saw the close relationship of biological processes and psychology in unity with nature, as well as the value of creativity based on human values in unity with nature.

This allowed me to create a system that gives an idea of the relationship between the spheres of human activity and helps to increase stress resistance and immunity based on the development of the sensory system and feelings.

The field of activity of the system of conscious development of the sensory system and feelings:
1. Neural connections and feelings.
2. Features in the development of the sensory system.
3. Levels of interaction: I + I, I + YOU, I + World.
4. Balance of the inner and outer spheres of life: World in Me.
5. Mindfulness of choice: Feelings-Thinking-Action-Result.
6. Syndrome of helplessness and the development of an active position.
7. The tools for conscious development and self-regulation, the value of creativity.

1. Neural connections and feelings
The number and speed of neural interactions are determined by both external influences and a person’s ability to perceive information from external sources.

If a person does not develop his ability to quantitatively and qualitatively interact with the outside world through the sensory system, he deprives himself of the opportunity to more fully receive information without using the potential given to him by nature.

2. Features in the development of the sensory system
The sensory system is formed at the first stages of a living organism’s fetal development.
This highlights its importance in humans.

The level of conscious development of the sensory system determines the harmony of the inner world and as a result, the interaction with oneself.

3. Levels of interaction: I + I, I + YOU, I + World

Harmony of communication with the outside world is based on the skills of communication, first with oneself. I + I, then progressing to I + You, I + World, World in Me. We can share only what we have within.

4. Balance of the inner and outer spheres of life: World in Me

In the diagram, the development of the inner world is determined by the spheres of personal development, and the sphere of creativity. The division into these two spheres may seem arbitrary.

5. Mindfulness of choice: Feelings-Thinking-Action-Result

Our society is mostly result-oriented. In developing mental activity from an early age, more attention is paid to knowledge acquisition, and the ability to implement it in professional activities.

However, the quality of thinking is often overlooked. At the same time, the development of humans, from the point of view of biology and current health, ecology, and social problems, can be seen as dependent on feelings. Feelings-Thinking-Action-Result.

Taking this statement as a foundation develops the proactive position, “I create my own world and am responsible for what I create and the question “why” prevents the development of fear and helplessness syndrome, supporting immunity from environmental stresses.

6. Syndrome of helplessness and the development of an active position
Consciously developing communication skills help to develop a proactive attitude and, as a result, reduces the syndrome of helplessness that occurs in stressful situations. Helplessness has a negative impact on the level of immunity.

Everyone’s consciousness helps to create strong communities based on human values in unity with nature, which also affects physical health.

7. The tools of a system for conscious development

based on:
– human values – “We are People”
– proactive position – “I create my Life”
– responsibility – “What and Why I create”
– ecology culture – “We are part of Nature”

include:
– self-regulation
– a systematic coaching practice
– creativity
– healthy lifestyle
