Ukrainian refugees in Plovdiv, with the support of the municipality and the amazing people of Bulgaria, repaired the building of the Pulmonary Hospital, which has become a Second Home for many families.

The wonderful team in Plovdiv with Nata Ellis who, with their energy of the big kind heart, have started this project to refurbish a building in Plovdiv as a Creativity Center for Ukrainian Children. There is a two-story building that needs to be renovated for classrooms where children can learn, play and take creativity classes while their mothers are busy: working or learning the Bulgarian language.

My husband and I are also supporting this project by donating 15 artworks from my “Sunshine World” paintings and the “Happy Home” illustrations collections. https://olgaverasen.com/art/

There will be an on-line auction for these and other donated artworks July 26th to raise the necessary funds for this project. The goal of this auction is to fund the 20,000 euro for the Children’s Center renovation.
